First Aid Basics
It is imperative for every individual to know emergency first-aid whistler as the decision to act appropriately with first aid can mean the difference between life and death. But, before you learn the basics of first aid, always, remember to introduce yourself to the injured or ill person, explain to them that you’re here to help and you are the first-aid provider. Take their permission before you start helping them, so as to not make them anxious.
Now, as the first step of emergency first aid whistler, during an emergency, always recognize the problem first, if you think you can help, go ahead, otherwise, when in doubt or when someone is seriously injured or ill, always activate the emergency response system by calling 911, and staying with the person until help arrives.
The Three P’s
Preserve Life
Your main goal while providing first-aid must always be to keep the person alive.
Prevent Further Injury
Always try to keep the injured person safe, and prevent them from getting more injuries. It is recommended to not move the person until help arrives.
Promote Recovery
If you can, always try to fix the person’s injuries to your best potential.
Scene Safety
Before trying to help someone, always assess the situation first. You would not want to become another person who is injured or ill, so always look for potential dangers. Alternatively, remove the person from any dangers, such as water at the scene or automobile traffic.
First Aid Kit
Your first-aid kit must include the below-mentioned items:

3)Gauze
4)Antibiotic cream
5)Burn ointment
6)Mask for breathing
